QTYR25, the Quantum Technologies for Young Researchers workshop, is a conference designed specifically for scientists in the early stages of their careers working in various branches of Quantum Science. This workshop offers a unique opportunity for postdocs, PhD, and Master’s students to share their research in a supportive and inclusive environment. On top of this, the event features a series of invited talks by renowned experts in the field, providing invaluable insights and networking opportunities.
The program covers a wide range of topics in Quantum Science, from quantum computing and quantum information to quantum optics, quantum communication and cryptography, quantum hardware, and quantum machine learning. It includes keynote speeches, contributed talks, poster presentations, an industry focus session, and a panel discussion on the role of companies in quantum technologies.
QTYR25 is organized by the PhD and Young Scientists in Quantum Technologies Network (PYSQT) and falls under the umbrella of the Official Interuniversity Master’s Degree in Quantum Technologies created by CSIC and various spanish universities.
The workshop will be held in Madrid from the 8th to the 11th of July 2025 at the CSIC central campus. The venue is located at the heart of the city with very good connections to the old town and all sorts of cultural activities.

The TalentQ program by Quantum Spain promotes training in quantum technologies at all levels, from the most basic to the most advanced. In this regard, it has reached an agreement with PYSQT (https://www.cuantica2025.es/qtyr-2025/) through which 10 students selected by TalentQ will be able to attend the event with no registration fee.
